Made up some burgers.
93% 7%...4lbs Hamburger
2 pack au jus powder
1 Tbs of Tony's
1 small yellow onion
1 tbs minced garlic
1/2 cp bacon bits
Turned out good, although we usually get 80% 20%.
Toasted buns, added mayo, yellow mustard, tomato, and avacados.

That’s almost how my dad makes burgers. Sometimes he adds a little mustard or
BBQ sauce to the meat prior to cooking.
