Love my WSM but the cleanup is a pain. But I found a great way to make it fast and easy.
It's a two part method.. first take out the charcoal grate and ring , and line the bottom with 2
Wide sheets of aluminum foil. Make an X out of the sheets, avoid covering the vents.
Now reassemble.. also I bought a 18 " pizza pan to cover the water pan that gets covered also
With foil.. when you have finished the smoke . Just discard the foil on the pan and lift the
Ash up and throw in out.. easy easy
