Title: Dinner On The 18's
Post by: MrHoss on July 12, 2015, 06:47:56 AM
Dinner last night was a bit of a rush job and I had 2 of these cookers out under cover on the deck already so I grabbed Dolly out of my man room and proceeded:

I made burgers, sausages, mushrooms and zucchini with corn coming from the house, (the first local corn of the season). First I smoked the sausages and a normal burger for the wife and a blue cheese one for me:

Then everything got grilled in quick succession:

Having a heated cooker beside Dolly made finding holding space easy:

Looking at that thermometer mounted on the Black 18 OTG makes me wince. The thing really is useless and looks like crap. I measure temp at the vent and find it a more accurate gauge than any of my modern lids that have thermometers or this butchered Black. All of them would look better without the damn therms.
