Title: Weekend Bbq bonanza
Post by: michaelmilitello on October 07, 2018, 05:20:27 PM
Saturday was brisket day.  26 er got the cal. I’m really liking the butcher paper wrap.  Foil days are gone for me.  (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181008/eae2cd68f2452655ca4025a3b410f5c9.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181008/7deda868e670c1e76cf4d891f9be980b.jpg)
Today was pork belly burnt ends.   [emoji241]
Used Troy’s video as a guide.  Used the 18.5 WSM.
Good stuff.  (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181008/d840e0c7e42846fca6430cfc96ebdcab.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181008/5c150893b39971cf938ed50ad9a00c27.jpg)

That looks great! Good choice in using butchers paper and making burnt ends. I may do the same with pork belly I picked up today.
