Title: Hello from Western Massachusetts
Post by: Kabeyun on May 29, 2018, 06:34:58 AM
Grill: Jumbo Joe
Former grill: Komodo Kamado (disintegrated)
Grill under consideration: Summit Charcoal

Hi Weber community. I don’t have a long spiel, just introducing myself. Just got a Jumbo Joe to at least give us grilling capability while I’m still reeling from the disintegration of my “indestructible” Komodo Kamado. So scarred am I that I’m strongly considering replacing it with a Kamado-capable griller/smoker made of an actually indestructible material: steel!

Nice to meet the group.

Thanks much, folks. Grate (hah!) to be here. I’ll probably be lurking in the Summit Charcoal forums, toying with the idea of replacing refractory/ceramic with heavy metal! Cheers!

Hello and welcome to the WKC from Eugene, Oregon.   Sorry to hear about the loss of your KK, but very pleased to hear you're in the market for a Weber Kettle of some type :)
