Had the house to my self last night...so steak it is with a Delicous IPA to wash it down.

Obviously the steak looks good, but the asparagus makes for a hell of a running mate.

Wow, that steak had some nice marbling to it! Everything looks great. Asparagus is hands down my favorite grilled veggie.
