Dude, that pizza looks perfect. Like some commercial/professional pizza and I mean that in the best way possible. Well done!

Thank you.  Family didn’t want left over chicken.  Out of the 3 pies we might have enough for lunch tomorrow.  Those years of working at a pizza joint are paying off

Wow that pizza looks amazing!! I haven't tried out my KP yet that I picked up last year...but I hope to soon! Is there any concern with the high heat and using a colored kettle? I have a brownie I haven't finished restoring yet that might get the pizza call.

My brownie bowl has a few pops so I'm not too worried about it.  That being said I may sacrifice a few charcoal baskets so I'm not banking the coals directly on the bowl.
