Wrong...... Well I've never seen a yellow over here but I hope they did. They didn't start importing Weber here till the mid to late 70's. Did they still do the yellow kettles in the 80's?
There's 26 ers in the 80/ 90's catalogue and the fireplace but again I've never seen or heard of one over here
But again there's always hope
Here's another piece of weber OZ info the jumbo joe was marketed as the Outrider over here

Thanks Hogsy, yeah the Outrider came in black and red. They were still selling the fireplace in the 80's catalog? I wonder if they exported the ones that didn't sell here and were testing the market on OZ. You might find a fireplace one day.

I noticed they still sell the fireplace on the Weber Deutschland site
Would they be old stock or are they still making them?
Is there a difference between the Outrider and Jumbo Joe?

I think the outrider is the same except it was also offered in red. I will look for my red pictures. When we were talking about "The Fireplace" I was thinking of the one in the weber history timeline for the indoor fireplace. :D
