Fresh peaches with butter Grand Marinier and cinnamon.

This was my first attempt at making the coconut ice cream. I didn't use a custard base like I usually do.
My wife loved it and commented about the all the layered flavors, including the smoke and wine barrel chunks I used to grill these peaches and a few pineapples.

Wow, after the Philly cheese I want now from the last post I looked at, I want this for dessert. I must try grilled peaches. Good pics.
