Impressive steak!
That table seems to be working great, what cool idea to have a table you can cook on.

Hawaiian Beans

42 oz baked beans
8 oz chunked pineapple
1 cup of brown sugar
a good squeeze of yellow mustard
1/2 cup of onions caramelized
1/2 can of spam cubed 1/8th inch ( yea those Hawaiians love spam)
put in dutch oven and use enough coals for 350 degrees and let go for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

serve with BEEF

prep and cook, I love it, thought about it for a few months before I decided to weld it up.

top thickness works out great, have about 8 coals under the oven, the beans are bubbling and yet you can put your hands on the other half of the table and it is not going burn you, bit hot but not burning.

still need to make a rack of hooks to hold stuff on the table, and get some wood to put a bottom on it for storage, but I am enjoying using it already. Like I said I love to dutch oven cook and this is a way to combine my grilling and dutch oven fixes

when you have a steak that big, you have the luxury of being able to crust either side. One of the greatest taste of a steak is that cruat and then the tender slow cooked inside. My wife likes roast such as prime rib more, but steaks like this are my love.

That's awesome. Will definitely have to make a batch of those beans, they are right up my alley!
