Plated. Taters on for 2 hours and not enough time. Had to finish them in the Microwave. Blasphemy!
How long do you cook basement taters?

Basement's just depend on how hot the coals go, but I'll use fairly hot coal 1-1/2 ~2 Hrs. right next to or on the coals, rotate now & then ~~ Temp 210° approx.

I'm not sure about Illinois, but this stuff is "homegrown" around these parts. ;)
