Title: Blog post TOC and article on low 'n slow on the kettle?

I was trying to find Troy's post on techniques for low 'n slow on the kettle. As I paged back through blog posts, it occurred to me that there has to be a better way to search this stuff. A table of contents would be very helpful.

And what happened to the post I sought? I never did find it.

You are right though. Where did it go? Searching the previous blog posts don't show it. I had to find it in google.

I'm an officer in our BMW MC club. When I get complaints I listen, explain and then offer "I'm glad you brought that up because we've been looking for someone who can help with that."  ;D

Sounds like Troy or one of his other minions is already on it.
