I love my charcoal 22” and 18” WSM!
I also have a Spirit 2 Burner. I keep it clean, use the Cast iron grates and also have a set of GrillGrates I use on one side from time to time to cook fish or use as a flat top.
Was researching some mods for gassers last night and found out about replace Infrared burners. They are more common than I thought as I had not heard of them before. Only seen one on my dads old grill years back as a side wall infrared.
Any opinions from the group from those who have cooked on infrared burners before?

Any experience here on cooking with Infrared burner? Also wanted thoughts on using a pan above them. Thanks
