Title: Tomahawk steak

I have a new butcher that I found in my city that sells tomahawk steaks, they  are a rib eye with a longer rib bone still attached have any of you tried these? Here they are on yelp

The guy is named John. He is a very nice dude I am going to have Him order me a brisket, I can't wait till I am invited to a BBQ and show up with these monsters!

I use my cell phone as it is super simple. If you have a smart phone look up tapatalk I think its a couple bucks plus another couple for unlimited hosting of photos.

I saw those on some show and they looked really good to me. Or maybe it was lamb chops with handles. Either way, I'd hit that!

Lamb lollipops are great. Marinate them in olive oil, garlic, oregano over night sear in a pan with butter.

UUUUUUUUUHHHHHUH........Carne Asada......my mouths watering. Please show us that place inside. Does this guy make his own rubs too? I bet he does and that it's great stuff!

I shop at Dittmers now and then. They make Dittmers Dust. It's more of a seasoned salt, but the best i've had. I use it regularly.
