I grew up near Youngstown Ohio. Lots of Italians that settled there when the steel mills were booming and lots of great pizza shops. I did my best to emulate the pizza from that area. They all had their distinct personality which was awesome. This is a thicker crust pizza with lots of toppings and lots of sauce. I made the sauce combining the flavors of the pizzas I remember. The rest of the ingredients are shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, crumbled hot Italian sausage and jalapenos.

How much charcoal did you use? One Chimney? That looks great! 👌

Very smart using the charcoal baskets to get your stone elevated !

Very nice looking. How much charcoal used?

@NewGuy16
@eccj
I used a chimney and a half. Poured a full lit chimney on top of a half chimney. I used Royal Oak lump.
