What's the pic above the finished pic? How did it turn out pulling it at 180ish? I normally let them go till 200+ or probe tender. Looks good, for sure.

@sinisterdonut  LOOKS AWESOME, so much so that when I saw this post earlier, I picked up my own chuck roast at smart and final, a little something to put on the WSM tomorrow... NOW tell me more about dat french fry yummyness!

Man it's simply some frozen fries cooked in da oven til done then use sauces and cheese. I usually use a jar of bacon pieces, chives, ranch dressing, hot wing sauce and casserole blend cheese on top for about 5 minutes at whatever temp da fries call for
