I just read in the FAQ that they no longer reccomend them for direct grilling because they warp. >:(

I was going to buy one.  :(

3/16 is pretty thin.  I warped that CI griddle from Weber, and that's like a half inch thick.

You warped a CI?  :o

I didn't know cast iron could even warp. Too bad, it's a really nice old weber griddle. I use a Lodge pizza pan as a griddle. I also have a Lodge double play that works nicely.

It has a slight warp to it, no biggie, totally usable.
