I am attempting as the title says, a bacon wrapped, hot sausage stuffed, whole pork loin on the kettle today and was curious what temp I should target on the grill? I plan on grilling direct first to firm up the bacon and then indirect for 2 hours or so, I am thinking 300F or 350F? Any advice is appreciated!
I will update pictures as the cook goes! Thanks!

I actually slow smoke my stuffed wrapped pork loins! apple-wood is my favorite.
About 180° for 10 hours & ramp up to 250° to finish & crisp the bacon.

350F got it done in a couple of hours, gave us some time for the homemade mac!
