in 2001, a young(er) Steve Raichlen wrote a book entitled "How to Grill". I found a mint copy at my local Goodwill yesterday, and I'm really enjoying the read. Lots of basics and fundamentals. Nothing wrong with that. Plenty of recipes and techniques to try. Maybe the best part are the grills pictured - a blue MT and a black SSP, not to mention a similar vintage Genesis. Fun that I have exactly the same grills! Might have to do another re-creation cook in the Spring. Nice add to my grilling library.

I think I saw a copy at my local goodwill the other day, might have to go back and see if they still have it

Cool! I was given a copy for free but haven't cracked it open yet. I'd be happy to give it to anyone here if they are interested

Where else are you going to find 40 pages devoted to lamb? Wanna cook a whole lamb? It's in here!

The books good. When you have time check out some of his videos on YouTube. A kick ass one in Hawaii and another where he cooks on an awesome Santa Clara grill.

My life changed when I received and read Weber's Big Book of Grilling many years ago.
