What type of wood and how did you join it?  Nice touch on the table shape. That's going to be very nice looking.

Awesome!  Any issues with the handle hitting when you take the center out?  I'm guessing you can only get it out thru the top right?

Unsure of the wood type, it came off an old spa/jacuzzi that fell apart. Joined with biscuit joins and adhesive similarly to the side table on my SSP in picture #1

Yes, the door needs to be removed before lifting the centre out otherwise the handle obstructs it.

You are correct about the access,
the table surface is fixed to the cart, and the center can only be removed from the top.

I love it! In fact, it almost makes me regret adding casters to my 22". I can already tell it's gonna turn out great!

Great looking cart. Having a cart for my WSM has made it so much easier to use and move around. I really cannot believe that Weber does not make a full cart for the WSM.

Thanks folks, the idea spent more than a year in my head and now I am very happy. In fact, when I cook on my daily driver (SSP), I wheel this out just to look at it.

I now have to come up with a satisfactory way of hanging the lid. I came upon an Unknown BBQ hinge, but it won't fit in the gap nicely without changing the shape of the hole, which I no longer wish to do.
