Title: Thin Crust Pie

Dough is made with double fine Italian flour. Sauce is canned from Italy. Saputo mozzarella with mushrooms, roasted red peppers and basil underneath.....olive oil over top:

I have been bringing a few Kettles out of the house. Got a buddy coming down for a cook next week:

I leave my dough as one and add some more flour partway through. You gotta use double fine Italian flour though. I have also been using a stand mixer and less salt than Gennaro lately. The key to this recipe versus my old one is no olive oil.

I had leftover dough so it was day 2 of pizza:

Oh wow. I use his recipie too on occasion. That's a good dough recipie.
