We went to a couples game night last night and the host had requested I make wings. I wanted to try something new as well and came across a couple you tube videos showing bacon wrapped pretzel sticks. Figured everyone loves food wrapped in bacon.
I wrapped some with Jalepenos and some without

I have to admit that the ones without came out better and crispier. Here they are on the Genesis

For the wings, I prepped them the night before and rubbed them with Meatheads Memphis dust and then a light coating of flour. This provided for a very crispy skin.

Here's everything ready to go. I used Frank's hot wing sauce mixed with butter to coat the wings. They were outstanding and drew high praise from several wing aficionados

Thanks for looking.
