Title: It's an unlikely mating, but one that won't ruin my lid!
Post by: theboycalledleaf on September 17, 2016, 11:17:38 AM
It would appear that everyone has jumped on the 22" bandwagon.
A lot of other kettles appear to be the same size. As a result, I can buy another used kettle from ebay and butcher its lid to become a pizza oven with a grinder.
I'm waiting on the end of the auction, and I'll let you know how I get on.
It saves butchering a Weber and keeps another safe for the future.

Great plan. Keep us posted. @swamprb did a recent mod like that, as well as a few others.
