Just took it off the grill. Not too bad, actually. I’ll throw it in with my eggs tomorrow morning.

Im pretty sure it’s cooked during canning so I’m not sure if you’d need to worry about internal temp...aside from changing the taste and texture.  I made grilled spam nigiri sushi for a luau bday party.  Good stuff! [emoji496]

It doesn't matter. Spam is cooked in the can before you buy it.

Apparently the sarcasm in my asking of that question wasn’t thick enough....

Yeah, I was probably a bit thick, but then, I'm probably one of the few people that actually likes Spam.

I don’t think it’s a silly question at all as I’m sure there is a safe temp for any food once you heat it due to the fact if it’s not hot enough it breeds bacteria especially if sat for a period of time. Even though it’s pre cooked once you open the can it’s exposed to stuff ( hence spam will still go mouldy )  .. maybe wrong but still think it’s a valid question [emoji106]🤪

I prefer it at about 0 degrees. I use it as a centerpiece in the punch bowl for parties. When the party is over, I use it as a door stop for a year and then cook it for dinner.

Actually, it's really good sliced and seared like a steak.
