Title: Neptune Night!
Post by: Duke on September 12, 2012, 01:40:05 PM
I went freezer diving yesterday and came up with some calamari steaks and swordfish. Not a bad day of fishing!

I started with vegetables in the square wok. This thing is a must have. I am looking for the smaller one on sale right now.

Then the sword, calamari and I picked up some salmon just in case. I dusted these with Boston Bay.

Then the "Gus"!

Joined by the mixed vegetables.

Voila! Served up with a side of buttered rice. Yep buttered! :P

Butter will do if there's no gravy  ;D  I've got the smaller size basket and its perfect to throw a few mushrooms and onion strips in for the wife and I when I cook burgers, it doesn't take up a lot of grill real estate either. Is that the Cue cart again?

Yeah, i've been keeping it parked out front with a full tank lately. It isn't very economical though.   :(
