Title: First brisket on my new wsm

12.8 lb prime brisket
Nothing but salt, pepper and smoke.
14 hours 230 degrees
Royal oak lump


Thoughts, suggestions or constructive criticism

I think you nailed it!   Looks grate.  Keeping it simple is the best initial approach. 

More importantly, did you and your family enjoy it?

Ditto.  Looks good and juicy. I’m no expert. I’ve probably only done a handful.

Looks delicious, but I can't taste it from here. Invitations are necessary for a full review.
