My wife found a recipe for these last week, we made them this evening they were delicious. Rolled out chicken breast wrapped around a jalepeno stuffed with cream cheese then the whole thing gets wrapped with a couple pieces of thick center cut bacon. I'll being playing around with different versions of this for a while me thinks!

Honkin' Good Cook !!!
Bacin keeps the chicken pretty moist, eh?
What glaze is on there?

Thanks! That's Pine Ridge Jalepeno BBQ and dipping sauce. It's made in Casper Wy., my wife has a friend that brings us a few bottles when she visits relatives there. Sweet and spicy, it's great on chicken.
