Thank you for the warm welcome. Those looked great. I was saying the same thing about jelly to my neighbor. I think I'm going to use apricot preserves as a dipping sauce. I might try some with the bacon turned into pig candy: brushed with maple syrup and covered with brown sugar. Now I just have to figure out how to post pics more effectively on the site.
