Last week my family was out of town, and you know the old story about how bachelors just eat mac and cheese and drink tang because they can't cook, right?

NOT THIS GUY!!!!!    8)

I am a fan of lightly seared Tuna, so what better time to fire up the new Go-Anywhere and have at it.

Here is the specimen (.83lbs) I picked up at the local grocery with some light oil, salt and pepper just prior to the quick cook.

I banked the coals on one end of the box with all bottom vents fully open.   These GAs are really versatile grills.  I wanted to use lump for this, but we're out for now, so onward we charge with the good ol Kingsford-Blue.

Sssssssssss....!  No lid for this cook.  We won't be here long!

About 2-1/2 minutes later we had this:

PERFECTION!
