Costco had prime tritip for $7/lb.

Grilled over red oak.
Topped with chimichurri.
Side of asparagus.

Just the way I like it! Chimichurri on a TT is perfect. I've never seen prime tri tip at Costco but I haven't been looking for it long. Nice cook.
