Back To School! Teriyaki Pork Chops

Back to the grind. Hungry kids that are only home for a couple of hours before they have to be at band or baseball practice.
Dinners have to be fairly quick! Tonight it was some nice Costco  pork chops. Baby port a Bella 'shrooms and acorn squash.
The OTG cruising along with foil wrapped acorn squash halves...


Searing the chops, squash unwrapped and dosed w/butter, paprika,cinnamon, honey and brown sugar!..


Finishing the chops with a teriyaki blend sauce. The mushrooms onion and garlic are cooking down nicely...


It was good! As usual no time for plated pics, but y'all get the idea!

Very nice! One of these days I have to do some acorn squash on the grill. Was just at the super and me the girlfriend were talking about it.

Very nice! how do you get the kids to eat squash? Mine won't even eat spaghetti squash...

Oh they won't eat it. The squash is for me!
