Vegan/Vegetarian Kettle?

I have posted before how I use my kettle with my Amazen Pettle smoker to smoke cheese.

With the Christmas coming I am going to smoke, roast and candy these almonds.

I bought 30 lbs so EVERYONE is getting them.... ;)
