Some babybacks on the WSM

It was a such a nice fall day on Sunday, so fired up the WSM with some lump and red oak chunks and threw some baby backs on....



Then made some homemade mac and cheese and steamed some broccoli on the side to make it healthy   ;)



All in all it was a great fall meal!

Those ribs look great, awesome smoke ring. Nice looking crate & barrell as well
