I don't like those prices. I made one instead. I love it!

You can use bolts to elevate an 18" grill, Ken. Here's a good example:

It should cost you <$20 at Home Depot.

a bit spendy though, might be worth the try though. Just a thought..

Ken
A new BBQ store near me actually sells those.  I was checking them out last week and other than a little pricey it would be really nice.  Could of used one last weekend thats for sure.
Platinum Performer Kettle (In Blue), OTG (In Blue)
Genesis Gasser (In Blue), Smokey Joe (Uline Lime)

I don't use them much around the house, but I do have a few in my comp trailer that I use for glazing chicken and ribs and they do come in handy. I pick them up at Cash & Carry and they have various sizes.

I use the hinged raised grate on my Big Green Egg and it works well for added space. I know of a lot of folks that prefer them on their 18" WSM's.

I cook on: Backwoods Gater, Lang 36, Hunsaker Smokers, Pellet Pro 22" WSM, BGE's, WSM's, Cajun Bandits, PK Grills, Drum Smokers, Genesis Silver C, Weber Q's, Cookshack 008, Little Chief, La Caja China #2, Lodge Sportsman...oh yeah! Weber Kettles! Kamado restoration and pit modification hack!

hmmmm I may just try making my own.  I wanted to get something like this (though haven't found any instore) to be able to do a 3rd or maybe even 4 racks of ribs on the kettle.  Less than 20 bucks as a diy is way more ideal than 30+ bucks on something I'd use 2 times a year.

OK Swamp,
I have to ask.
A 22 WSM with CB door and Stacker and a pellet smoker attachment? All for cold smoking?
When the coroner is doing the autopsy, is he goona find that you're blood is 90% hickory smoke?
And I hope thats not for a very loong time!  8)
