Tri tip scored at Trader Joes in Richmond Va.

India Terricherry Black Pepper,salt & garlic powder.

A few Kingsford briquettes and a load of oak.

At the flip.

Potatos with real bacon bits. Troy

Sliced and ready to plate served with horseradish cream sauce no plate shot football is on...
Some kettles, couple smokey joes, a preformer, 18" WSM and the wifes Q300.
