Picked up a Craycort cast iron grate for my 22.5 Performer.

Took four legs and coated with EVOO and some S&P and put them on the cool side to render out the fat and slow cook em.

Here they are all crisped up on the hot side. The skin was incredible and they were really juicy. So far I'm liking this grate.

Great looking legs!
Good luck with the new grate.  I bet steaks are on the menu this weekend.  ;)

I liked my craycorts, too much maintenance for me.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.
