Good Morning, All!  I need some advice/help...

Been out of town working again for about 4 weeks and my lovely bride informed me last night when I got home that we are having friends over for dinner tonight. I have done baby backs on the grill several times with success (I won't say great success) using the minion method, but I would like to try the snake method. I have 4 racks of ribs that the XC rubbed with a Raspberry Chipotle seasoning and put in the fridge to rest. I'm also doing some stuffed Jalepenos. I was thinking of doing all of it on the 26'er and wrapping the ribs for the last 45 mins.

Any and all help will be appreciated!!!!

Slainte!

Clan......here's a regular St. Louis cut, 4 racks, on a 26.......done by my Smoke Ring buddy Jarhead that will give you some idea of setup.....he's using baskets, I believe, but with a chain, you'll just move the grate perhahaps more, or more often.......
