Breakfast brisket hash

Had some left over brisket and some time on my hands this morning since it was my day off.  So I'll leave this right here.

Onion and cheddar cornmeal pancake w/ garden salsa pepper brisket hash and eggs over medium.

  I love making hash with leftover anything , corn cakes are awesome and not made enough by most cooks , that's a great meal !
