It is a rare occasion that we have ground beef(ground turkey usually) for burgers in the Boldt household let alone ground chuck. Well the wife is off with her sister for the night so me and the kids get to eat some fat.
Now to the RRR Smokey Joe.
After my vacation where I realized that it is very hard to get a good grill on a grill with a smokey joe gold bottom I was in the hunt for a cheap Joe silver.
Well I found it the other day, she was a little abused, lid was bent, vent was seized, had bent legs and seems like the ash of every cook done on it on the bottom. Let alone it was dirty.
Got 'er for $10 and here she is.
Cleaned up nicely
put my own lower vent handle on, not the O and C on the legs for Open and Close
7 burgs fits nicely
