Fill halved sweet peppers with cold leftover pulled pork and top with sauce.

Grill indirect for 25 minutes.  Top with cheese some more sauce, and cooked bacon, and cook for 5 or 10 more minutes.

Serve with grilled garlic bread, and spinach with vidalia dressing.

Thanks terry and stu. It is going to become a leftover pulled pork staple.  Easy and delicious.  Bacon is not a requirement, but i had a few slices left from breakfast, and, well, its bacon.

The peppers look great, but is it wrong that I want to know more about that table too? ;)

Sodium causes high blood pressure which pressure blasts cholesterol out of arteries. Got it! I am in.
