Local butcher started carrying this. Essentially have a boneless 1/2 turkey breast marinated. Looked good so I threw it on the grill.

What kind of wood did you use? Looks good btw!
Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......
