I've been watching Craig and Jack for years.  They've migrated from Weber to mostly SNS Grills, Monument Gassers and Kamado Joe but are up front, to the point and most importantly great grillfellas.  Kellee and I got a shoutout on the last video which was pretty cool.  Check them out if you get a chance, most videos are 3-5 minutes so not a huge investment of your time.

Interesting video.  I have come across that particular ribeye cut.

On a side note, I met up with Dave Parrish a couple of times when he was first getting his company, Adrenaline BBQ Company, off the ground with the original SnS.  He was in Concord and I was in Charlotte and we both frequented this (now defunct) BBQ Forum.  In fact, I bought my 1st SnS directly from him.

I have enjoyed following his progress and watching his company grow.
