Filets tonight on the GA…. I haven’t cooked a lot on a GA, but it’s super fun and makes quite a steak!  Did a little reverse sear and checked out a nice sunset while they warmed on the indirect side.  Almost forgot the plating pic, dove right in.

Looks like an amazing time Michael, been seeing the fun on FB as well.  I got to see Robert cooking a dozen briskets on a huge Lang offset smoker yesterday for a local cancer benefit event, was really cool - and the samples were tasty.  Heading North tomorrow dang it.  I think we’d stay here forever if we could….
