Remember those old Bullwinkle cartoons?  :D

I have been in the mood for Chinese food since Jeff posted his awesome chow mein on the vintage wok, so today I broke out the 16 inch paella pan and did a little shrimp chow mein. It was pretty basic, red onion, garlic, shrimp, carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts and broccoli. I cooked it over oak lump in Mater the brown 26'r.
