Onion, Carrots, Celery, Garlic, Baby Portabella Mushrooms all cut up and ready to become ChefJimmy's Au Jus.

Baby Portabella Mushrooms are not listed in ChefJimmy's Au Jus, but I love mushrooms, and think they work great in the Au Jus.


 
Veggie in place.





After a hour added the beef broth the the pan of veggies


 

A little something to snack on, bacon wrapped scallops




Heaven.
