Sorry guys I don't have a lot of pics but while I have been out this week I have taken every opportunity to grill something up.

Night one was Ribeye steaks in a cast iron pan with onions

This morning I made johnsonville breakfast sausage links on the smokey joe indirect with a little mesquite chips to add a little smoke.  I am telling you, these were unreal.

Today, I did some really good st louis spares, I did the texas crutch with grape jelly, then took the juice from the foil, put it in a pan added grape jelly and made a glaze.

I am not a die hard griller like some of you are as when I am at home I am trying to control my weight, but when I am on vacation.  We let it all hang out and eat really good.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

That sounds really good!

Sure wish I could see some of it... ;D

I hope you enjoy your time away!

Sounds like a great vacation. Nothing more relaxing than grilling.

Simplicity in food while vacationing are the little things in life, they tell you to enjoy.
