Not an all grilled meal but food porn none the less.
Dispatch the lobster (knife through the shell behind the head, and cut down through the face). Twist and pull the tail off, and same for the claws. Boil a gallon or so of water with a cup of white vinegar and LOTS of sea salt. Drop in the boiling water and shut the heat off. Have an ice bath ready. Let sit in the hot water for 4 minutes and drop in the ice bath. Pick the meat. Make a beurre monte, by simmering a tablespoon of water or two in a saucepan, and whisk in the butter a cube at a time and keep whisking to keep all of the butter emulsified. Simmer the lobster pieces in the beurre monte for 4-7 minutes until perfectly cooked (do not boil the butter, the idea is to keep the lobster melt in your mouth tender).
Steamers were made with garlic, butter, wine, red chile flakes, salt, pepper, shallot and parsley. Serve with the broth and bread.
Corn with salt and pepper, and butter wrapped in foil on the Weber, and yellow potatoes with salt and pepper wrapped in foil on the Weber.
Dispatched, and the body/head removed. Someone on Facebook didn't notice the body and head were missing, and thought they were the tiniest lobsters on earth.
The girls enjoying the steamers and corn..
