Extremely late to the party, Saturday after and found a deal on two turkey breasts.  Rotisserie’d one and froze one yesterday.

Last turkey for me for a while.  Wasn’t thawed fully for Thanksgiving or the weekend, but got it done on the rotisserie today.  Mid 30s and windy today, but the kettle worked like a charm. Really yummy.  I don’t think I can cook one another way!
