Pineapple Maui Short Ribs

A tribute cook of sorts... Just devistating to see the aftermath of the fires in Maui. My wife and I had our honeymoon in Lahaina years ago and it was such an incredible place to visit. The people were so friendly and the scenery obviously out of this world. Hope they get the support they need to rebuild as soon as possible.

Last nights grub included Maui beef short ribs, Maple brown sugar pineapple, Corn on the cob, Cornbread and Potatoes.

Super quick and super satisfying!

I just used Original Maui Ribs Marinade in some big zip loc bags and let them chill for most of the day in the fridge.

I've never cooked the Flanken Cut Ribs, but those look d@mn tasty ! !
