Seared Sea Scallops on the SSP

We make these a lot, usually as a side with filet mignon.... These were the main course tonight, along with salad and garlic buns while I finished up tomorrow's pulled chuck roast.

Your sea scallops look delicious Greg.

You need to go bay scalloping when you're on the island next month. It's a great time on the water in 3' to 5' of water. Bay scallops are freaking delicious.
